Absolutely!  Each of our vending machines are equipped with built-in rinsers, hooked up directly to our ozone generator.  The rinse button is on a 5-second timer as this is all you need to get optimal sanitization. We also have custom built rinsing stations in store.

You need to activate the card reader first by holding your card over it. This will allow you to rinse or skip to selecting your bottle size. Your card will not be charged until after the second tap (you will hear AUTHORIZING). This is a security feature so that the rinse button is not activated unintentionally. These machines are designed for accuracy but if you have any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to call or visit us in store.

We are the only providers of JU-WELized Alkaline water in the Niagara Region. R.O. water is sent through a media tank that adds calcium and magnesium to boost the PH level, and then it is sent through the JU-WEL system, remineralizing it with the natural power of crystals.

It is recommended that the standard food-grade plastic bottle be recycled after 3 to 5 years depending on usage). Be sure to store your bottles in a cool, dry location, out of direct sunlight. BPA-free bottles should last at least 10 years when they have been stored and cared for properly. Return your outdated bottle to us to be properly recycled. 

Every bottle is not exactly the same in volume, even though they may be marked the same.

We recommend keeping your hand near the PAUSE/STOP button to stop it before it overflows. You can START and STOP as needed to top it up. Press and hold PAUSE/STOP for 2 seconds to clear out any unused water between bottles (or top off your water bottle).

It is recommended that all water dispensers be cleaned every 3 to 6 months depending on the type of water you are using. Spring water leaves more mineral salt deposits and your dispenser will require more frequent cleaning. It should also be cleaned if left unused for extended periods of time. Check with us for products suitable for cleaning.

Whether full or empty, bottles should not be left in extreme temperatures as they will become brittle in the winter and the plastic can break down in the summer. Also, if exposed to extreme heat or cold, BPA-free bottles are more susceptible to pressure dents if an unpunctured cap is left on it. When your bottle is empty, let it air dry, put the punctured cap back on to keep it dust, dirt and bug free.

These bottles can be used for filling fish tanks, humidifiers, or kiddie pools, watering plants, or saving up your pocket change for that special vacation.

The best way to secure the cap is to gently place it on the bottle before removing it from the vending machine to prevent splashing. Place it on the stainless steel shelf and press the cap on as much as possible by hand. Ensure it is secure by gently hitting it with the mallet while holding it in place.

Caution: BPA-free bottles are more fragile and should be treated like glass.

If your cap splits when trying to secure it – don’t worry – it won’t leak, even on your water cooler. Once it has been snapped into place, there is a good seal and the water won’t leak out, even if turned upside down. Help us to keep costs down by using only one cap per fill up!

Minimums: 5 gal - 3 bottles in town and 5 out of town. 3 gal - 4 in town and 6 out of town. The cost of each bottle will be added to your first delivery. Please call for pricing.
