When paying with a tap card, you need to activate the card reader first by either touching the PUSH TO START circle on the card reader or tapping your card. This will allow you to rinse if you wish or you can skip to selecting your bottle size. Your card will not be charged until after you have selected PRESS START (you will hear AUTHORIZING). This is a security feature so that the rinse button is not activated unintentionally.

Calibrating the machines was difficult because every bottle is not exactly the same. We erred on the side of giving too much vs. not enough based on feedback from our customers. We recommend keeping your hand near the PAUSE/STOP button to stop it before it overflows. You can START and STOP as needed to top it up. If you need to fill a second bottle, just press and hold PAUSE/STOP for 2 seconds to clear it.
We're hoping the key fobs will be available in the near future as they are still being finalized. We will post a sign when they are ready for purchase.
It is recommended that the standard food-grade plastic bottle be recycled after 4 to 5 years (or approximately 50 fills). Be sure to store your bottles in a cool, dark location, out of direct sunlight. BPA-free bottles should last indefinitely when they have been properly stored and cared for. We recommend you return your bottle to us to be properly recycled.
Yes, all water dispensers require regular cleaning. It is recommended they be cleaned at least once a year depending on the type of water you are running through it. If you’re using spring water, we recommend cleaning your dispenser more often, at least every 3 or 4 months. Spring water leaves more mineral and salt deposits than others. Check with us for the products suitable for cleaning.
We are the only providers of JU WELized Alkaline water in the Niagara Region. It starts out as R.O. water that is sent through a media tank which adds calcium and magnesium to boost the PH level, turning it into alkaline water. It is then sent through the JU-WEL Trio system, made in Germany, remineralizing it with rose quartz, amethyst and rock crystals.
Our vending machines are always open with
R.O. and JU-WELized Alkaline water
for your convenience!
