These guys are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet! The store is always super clean and very welcoming. I can go there confidently with my currently 7-month-old in a stroller or carrier and manage to fill up five or six large jugs with ease while my husband runs other errands. They always jump in and offer assistance too. I feel like they make each of their customers feel like they are their only customers. Love, love, love this Family run operation!

Also, I have to say.....a few years ago I was buying Great Value bottled water.....then we switched to Nestle because it tasted better than the Great Value (we tried MANY different kinds of bottled water)......but then we got the water cooler and now we're kind of water snobs! LOL I don't know what it is about your water, but it's nearly impossible for us to drink and enjoy any other water. We have a water company that provides jugs at work and even their water kind of has a bitter taste to it....I don't know what it is! LOL

Outstanding customer service! They deliver my water, exchange my bottles & allow me to pay over the phone using a credit card. Furthermore, they do not hassle you when you forget to call in and pay the bill! Highly recommended for busy families!

Been a customer for years and have always been happy. Even if I’ve ever had an issue, they’ve stepped up and made it right and threw in a free bottle or 2. You need help loading? They’ll do that! Very friendly and helpful staff. I like the prepaid deals they offer on 10-25 bottles that save you money in the long run. They offer several different kinds of water, and they’re educated on their different water and processes. I’ve been really enjoying their alkaline water, reverse osmosis with essential minerals put back into it.
